Hiya, Gen! So glad to see ya drop by! Interesting take on the 'home' living. Yeah; writing with someone else could be tricky. I was wondering: What would the 'valley-folk' want from the cave-folk in your story? |

Ann Vole wrote: Any story will do as long as the lifestyle and equipment gets to be seen as an everyday part of the lives of the characters. So what are your thoughts on how green fiction should be made The climate change problem is well suited as a subject for a novel It has all the necessary elements A potential crisis Lots of bad guys Just add a hero and heroine who save the world. And in the end world lives happily ever after in a green sustainable world. A simple story line would be inventor finds wonderful new way to generate power in a completely non polluting way, fossil fuel tycoon finds out about it and attempts to destroy hero/heroine and invention. The hard part is to give the characters depth, realistically portray the tensions and relationships between them all the while creating a sense of anticipation. |
