The thing about this critter is: it's a fairly-well thought out beast: I was looking at a diagram of how flexible a cheetah's spine is and I just got to thinking: Maybe I can go one better and think up a critter that's even faster. I used the spine as a starting point and came up with what I thought was a top-line predator. Now, I keep dreaming I'm trying to hunt one of these things. Everytime I line up a shot, something goes wrong and it gets away.
