I have a question concerning board rules - I thought we could quote only two lines from a linked article. I am evidently incorrect as I've noticed Donnie often quotes several, as ion this thread. Can someone please set me straight on this rule? I think it must be right in front of me but I have been unable to find this rule now. (And, sorry for the double posting. On Saturday 5th November, five protesters were arrested at the Woodland Pytchley hunt at Stoke Albany, Northamptonshire. Three of those arrested were members of CABS and two of Northamptonshire Hunt Saboteurs. They are thought to be the first arrests suffered by Cambridge Anti-Bloodsports Society for 5 years and among the first in the country under the new law. |

Posts which violated the rule on copyright infringement were removed earlier today. Two sentences of quoted content is indeed the limit. As for the personal attacks, I don't see any. In addition to a link, can you provide a specific quote? |

I was just looking at the examples of their rather insidious name calling and came across the few posts you have made to me - all are very sarcastic, snotty and contain name calling too. So, no, I don't think I'll give you even more ammo right now. If they keep it up, I'll keep a list but I'd rather give it directly to josh rather than just "incite" more sarcastic name calling from you. Thanks very much for asking though. And, I did not mean to have Donnie's posts removed or changed. I was sincerely seeking information only. |

I want to add that I really had not thought about getting a moderator involved. What I said was said directly to Donnie and Steve. THAT really should be more than enough because, being adults, I'm certain that once they realize how their remarks are being construed, they would stop saying that anyone is "blathering", "misrepresenting", "disingenuous", "inciteful", "shallow", "cowardly" etc. I would also like to repeat what I said to them both - if there can be no meeting of the minds, if agreement is not possible, why not just agree to disagree and walk away from it. Must there always be a long drawn out fight? I don't think so. |

I just wonder why for someit seems they are banned for the littlest infraction but some can breach rule after rule. You only have to read the feedback section to see this. |

I'm highly confused (a normal state, it seems)... what is the question and/or feedback being given here? It would seem that the quoted content issue has been fixed. Are there actual personal attacks taking place that I haven't seen? If so, please provide links here to the content or use the "!" button to flag them as a complaint. -josh |
