Can someone tell me how the forum posts work? Hard work taking part when you have to wait for a moderator to view your posts. Is this something permanent?

yeah we have had some spammers sneak in so the settings are rather high for security. I am sure it is just a software setting and you should be in the normal range (even if you are not very normal like the majority of the regulars here).
