When posting, how do I create a link that can be clicked on but that does not display the internet address?

It would look something like this: PenguinMeatLover, you're contradicting what you said in an earlier post.

Then PenguinMeatLover clicks on earlier post and it takes him back to that post so that he can witness his own hypocrisy, that penguin-killer.
