Or whatever that says....it is annoying as heck JOSH. I understand the reason behind it but typing out a long response post then having that come up is aggrivating. would it really be that big of a deal to remove it? |

bump this back up for reconsideration.....that feature ( rule) is probably the most annoying feature I have encountered on a board. |

I think the 3 quote rule is ok because it stops large posts with quote after quote. Please keep the 3 quote rule because the alternative is worse than the 3 quote popup. |

I don't think it is a configurable option. It's in there as a 'feature' of the system because it enforces what is a standard practice online to not quote more than three levels deep. Bottom line: I don't think I could change it even if I wanted to. -josh |
