I'm going to wager a guess and say that Milton hasn't read through the Mears and Wentz paper, and the reasoning behind the new adjustments.

Satellite data has to constantly be revised to include orbital decay diurnal adjustments as a result of the satellites experiencing frictional effects from the Earth's atmosphere, slowing the satellites down as a result. What this essentially means is that the satellite is now measuring the brightness temperature at a time a few hours later than what it was, introducing a cool bias (i.e. at 6 pm instead of 2 pm) in the dataset. That artifact is not representative of what is actually taking place, and must be corrected.

Milton does not read anything other than the blogs by Watts, Curry, or the like and does not understand what it going on as he repeats it.

I suppose when you do not have science on your side you can always go politics and attack the "elite" ...... what else is to be expected of someone who does not understand hoe the "hits" are counted here, though?
