Freshwater, as many of you may know, is an important resource for us. Check out this water footprint calculator, its very detailed and you can see what your personal water footprint really is. Its really fascinating how water intensive some products are, especially meat!

I agree, Boris. Raising livestock for meat requires a lot of water.

I also think governments should stop multi-national corporations, like Nestle, from being able to take voluminous amounts of water from wherever they please. This is especially a big problem in Canada. http://canadians.org/nestle

When you have to pay $5.00 to see their video it makes one wonder about their profit motive ... rather than anything else.

Just about every film that I recommend is available on DVD. I've watched most of these films by borrowing the DVD from my local public library.
