Yes, they all can get it if bitten by a rabid animal. However, unless it spreads in our domestic animals (like dogs) humans in Western societies are at little risk. In Europe, rabies is endemic in foxes and vaccination of these though baits has been used to reduce the incidence. In eastern countries, like India, rabies is a serious concern and hundreds die each year. Western tourists are potentially at risk because they have little awareness of the disease, and are unfortunately only too inclined to pat or feed that scrawny poor little doggy that is salivating "because he smells the food".... Another but slightly less severe risk is wild monkeys that get fed by tourists (monkeys usually do not get bitten by rabid animals but it is possible (however, the risk of contracting simian herpes B is much higher, and equally serious)
