This recent cruel 'fad' of getting fish to eat the dead skin of the soles of people's feet, is in my opinion, utterly disgusting. The owner of DrFishSpa UK refuses to comment on the welfare of these fish. It's about time that changes are made in regard to laws to protect fish, because as yet, they are not treated like other animals are.

I am a passionate animal rights activist and vegetarian and I cannot simply sit back and watch this go on. I am looking for a group of people who share this view to join me in making changes. If you want to know more about how you can help, please contact me.

Dr Fish Spa is a cruel new fad that is in my opinion utterly disgusting. The water is changed up to 2 times a day which is highly stressful for fish and they are fed the dead skin off people's feet and you can imagine it now, people kicking around while these poor fish are kept in cramped conditions. The owner has refused to comment on the welfare of the animals.

It's about time some action was taken against this. Fish are often consider to have fewer rights than other animals and I want to see this change.
