What is the best birth control option for someone who cannot have estrogen? I get pregnant very easily, but cannot take the birth control pill anymore. I want a birth control method that will completely prevent fertilization. Besides condoms, what are the best options for me?

Not even the birth control pill is completely effective. A question such as this would be better directed to your physician than random posters on the net.

Get your tubes tied. Quick and easy, relatively painless and inexpensive. More sure than condoms, IUDs, etc. No side effects. Permanent.
My wife chose that, to keep us a one child family. My cousin got a vasectomy that made him feel like he had been kicked in the balls. The tubal was much more painless, especially for me!!!

Birth should be control very quickly because due to this population can be control. And due to born of less childs the remaining childs get the proper care and a good standard of living.
