I dare say he would, but that isn't the point. The point is that you don't need to eat meat (and be party to all the cruelty and killing that entails) to be ft, strong and healthy. Brown rice and beans for example make a complete protein meal, as do wholemeal bread and beans. And Quinoa, also for example, provides a better quality protein than red meat... And it's healthier too. The negative health impacts of red meat and dairy are well documented. |
