Post subject:  BIRDS USE FOR ADVERTISING STRATEGY

This Canadian advertising agency ( http://birdflightmedia.com ) is pushing birds to work!! Attaching banners to their poor bodies and let them fly out in the air to promote their client's businesses! Such abusive advertising tactic places the birds in a more dangerous situation! Please help me share this post and hopefully this would reach the Canadian government. I hope they would come to a decision to finally close the firm and free those birds! They are not corporate slaves for C***'s sake!

If the bird with the banner craps on someone, would that be a positive or negative view of the product/service being advertised?

Depends on the money maker and how much money could be made. If the venture really took off and everyone was being bird shitted on, people would be asked to place duck tape over their pie holes, because there would be jobs at stake and the economy would suffer. We can't have that.

If someone comes up with a new venture, it is generally celebrated as it helps to turn the cogs in that wheel we all seem to be caught in.

Hmmm ... wouldn't it be quite a different world if every day was always April 1st? Wish I could disregard so much of it as a joke.

Since the site is still active it is not that likely to be an April Fools joke, but it still could be a hoax.

No. If you see a bird with a banner for a cleaners and that bird soils your clothes, are you likely to view the banner as an ad and visit the cleaners in question or will you view it as a way to try to cause more business and visit any other cleaner but that one.

A market for trained monkeys ... other than becoming a politician.

Description
As legend has it, ancient Buddhist Monks trained monkeys to gather the youngest leaves from the tip-top of wild tea trees for this special Imperial Reserve blend. The legend lives on, now with the deft hand-plucking of the broken, evenly sized leaves that unfurl to create a light, orchid aroma, and the highest grade of oolong in the world.

The web site may have been created as a hoax - reason I thought of it as an April Fool's joke is that I simply cannot see how it could be done. Cheaper to put a banner on a drone, at least you can steer those...

Bonsai kittens, anyone?
