Hi a artist has placed a rat in a tank with a gun,and through the use of someones keyboard/phone in 11 days the rat will be shot..Is this even legal?And does anyone know what is being done to stop this?How can we stop this from happening? Admin: Moved from introduction to animal concerns |

There is little information from which to draw any conclusion. For example, where is this artist? The location will dictate which laws apply. |

Generally in the world, rats are deemed pests that carry diseases, or food animals. So it is open season, except in some places where PC liberalism has gone too far...... |
