Why?? Stray feral animals like dogs and cats are an ecological nightmare and SHOULD be shot, along with overbreeding dumb humans. IMHO |

The thing is this like shooting keeps only an eye on the result and tries to end this, but the main core of the problem is determined in another field, there should be seen that they cannot voerbreed, that they are healty and of course there should be lot of headquarters for stray animals. |

I'm not agree with that. Dogs are domestic animals, considered a human's best friend. Why do russians want to kill them?? |

Possibly because they consider them destructive pests. Methods are rather harsh, though. |

Shooting an intelligent creature like a dog, even if they are nuisances, is not moral. The government or private facilities should offer free spay neuter services. |
