Ohio seems like a nice place.

The Hole in the Horn buck was found there.

heya Arc! Welcome.

I used to live in Cleveland. Back when you couldn't go into Lake Erie, or eat any fish from the lake either.

Cleveland is proof that Environmentalism CAN work!

Hi arc108, your picture of the pig in the sandwich is soooo gross. It is a brutal reminder of what meat really is.

my brother goes to school in Cleveland- that city certainly has come a long way with environmental improvements since the days when the Cuyahoga caught on fire. I am just concerned that their e-check program will be discontinued, and all that hard work towards cleaning up the air will be erased.

Wayne,

He also has a picture of one with a pig in it.

Juanita,

You're not kidding. I moved from there in 1975. Back then, Cleveland was awefully dirty. You couldn't swim in the Lake Erie. You couldn't eat fish that you caught there. It was horrible. Now it's one of the cleanest areas.

From Edgar J. Poe's famous poem the "Cask of Armadillo"? He was the cousin of the OTHER Poe author ...
