hello from the uk!

i am absolutely delighted to find this site!

i am a committed environmentalist, mother of three adult children, and have the two most exquisite children this side of eternity. i am crackers about cats and dogs, less so about spiders, do still eat meat, but make sure it is ethically raised and humanely killed, and i dont eat it very often.

i try to keep abreast of all development on the environmental front, but i also love rock music, reading, writing, talking, and ufo hunting!

i am moving soon, and will have a garden again, so will be growing my own veggies....HURRAY!!!

Don't even worry about that. This board is not vegan. Some of the members are vegan, and some are not. I will welcome you here.

Hello Sama,

I'm from the other side of the pond. Glad to hear from people living in other places around the world. There is only one Earth.

I'm an Environmentalist who eats meat too. I'm the mother of a 4 year old and a 12-year old. Loving every minute of it.

UFO hunting? Sounds exciting. Ever seen one?

Welcome Sama, from someone who eats just about anything in any amount at any given time!

I've seen what I thought at the time was a UFO. One night I was outside and heard what sounded like a jet plane far away. My eyes then caught and followed this black silhouette with dim yellow lights dotting it, casually flying overhead so low and slow I could have plinked it with a BB gun. Turned out to be an F-117 stealth fighter. Finding that out actually excited me moreso.
