The bottom line is I wish renewables could do the job, but there are still too many hurdles. Dr Brook documents them all. As do the peak oil doomers. However, there's no doomer comeback for IFR's. They are THE silver bullet. Cheap, abundant electricity that can power the world until the sun expands and cooks this planet! Just today's nuclear waste could run the world for 500 years!
