Hi everyone!

I've been lurking the past couple days and think this board is very interesting. Never thought I'd say this, but I can appreciate the fact they won't tolerate personal attacks, which keeps everyone [most times] focused on the issues. I used to be opposed to banning, but it does seem to keep the rails on the track. The only thing I'd do differently, for what it's worth, is give someone that's banned a 2nd chance. Make it a 'time out' for a week or 2 (except spammers/porn offenders) and if there's a 2nd offense, they're off the island for good.
