Hi and Welcome Chaplian

saw your post on another thread where you state you work with wildlife
and wildlife mgt organizations...it's great having someone here with first-hand knowledge and experience in that area...perhaps you'd like to share some of your experiences, what it is you do and what are the objectives and goals with the programs you are involved with.

We have another member here(sevendogs) who is a wildlife biologist
and zoologist.

Welcome, pull up a keyboard and make yourself at home ... you don't even have to use a coaster here ....

OK here goes:
I am a volunteer for Wildlife Rescue Inc. in Albuquerque, NM. I have been a rehabilitator for about three years. I specialize in mammals. I seem to work often with Cottontail rabbits and a variety of avian species (birds).

I am just starting to work with the Environmental department for the business I work for, Ethicon Endosergery in Albuquerque. The are planning a backyard wildlife area at an elementary school in the lower income part of Albuquerque. I am hoping to assist and learn.

Glad you found this forum. I hope you post regularly and don't get scared away by some - they're really very harmless. It's nice to have a rehabber here. ;)

I've been to Albuquerque a time or two. Not a huge fan of the town, but I do like the surrounding countryside. Welcome to the forum.
