HI,

I was a vegetarian for 8 years (started when i was in middle school), but somehow i got off track of it a few years back. Now I'm trying to get back with it, going vegetarian and trying to get into shape.

I really need some friends that have the same beliefs as I do in this manner

I'd also love it if any one could give me some tips, recipes, anything to help me out!

Christine

Did everyone already leave school?
anyways, i was also a vegeterian for about 3 years, but my parents weren't real happy about it. so one day my dad took me to McD's and made me try a bit of the meat. also, i fell in love with the cheese burgers, although eating cheese and meat together totally goes against my religion, but that's when i decided that i won't be a vegeterian. (I'm sorry, I just fell in love with it.)
I think I have a way though, to become a vegeterian for good.
When my aunt was small she stayed a couple times at a Kibuts(dealing with crop) and saw how they slaughtered the animals. That's when she became a vegeterian. that's what I'm planning to do. If that doesn't get me off Mcdonald's I don't know what will.

*Anyways, for all the vegeterians out there he want to stay vegeterians, this is what you could do!

i cant stand vegetarians who are only vegetarians cause of the way animals are slaughtered.

what other reason would we have cows, chickens and pigs? surely they were not put on this earth just to stink up our fields...? they are born to be slaughtered and eaten by us humans!
