Oh Jesus H Christ!!! Now some lazy bastard gets offended by some picture depicting an APE. I have long seen those pictures all over. Perhaps its the GUILTY minds that perceive it as racial because they themselves see it that way. HOWEVER if the picture was of a DOG (not brown or black in color) or an Obese BLACK man, smoking and drinking a beer then I guess it wouldnt be racial. If the shoe fits...Perhaps they should spend their time and money investigating why the previous Fire Chief isnt very well liked. Instead tehy spend teh taxpayers money investigating whether or not someone intended racial commentary with a picture of an APE. GET REAL. Blacks want to complain about insensitivity, well I think they are OVER-SENSITIVE and reaching far on this one. AGAIN, Ive seen many APE ads and posters. Its only racial by those that want to make it racial. If it was MEANT to be racial then go after the printing company of the actual APE picture.

Grace, I have to agree with you on this. It irritates me to know end when people play the racist card whenever they feel like it. And it seems like the ones that whine the most about it are the most racist ones themselves. It just falls on deaf ears when you are racist towards a white person.

And it's people of all races that do that. Amazing.
