The United States justice Foundation has joined with Philip Berg in his lawsuit, now. It is reported by them that "Obama" has spent over a million dollars (of dubious money) to fight numerous lawsuits, including by Alan Keyes. (1) He "has repeatedly refused to release his actual birth certificate(the CLB posted on his website was proved to be a forgery),(2) his college records(he is believed to have used foreign student financing),(3) his medical records,(4) passport records (including his 1981 trip to Pakistan were he admitted to not having had a US passport),(5) adoption records(he was Barry Soetoro, Indonesian citizen adopted by Mr. Soetoro when his mother married him and moved there when he was 4 to 10, at an Islamic School where Jihad is taught to 3 yr. olds, and only Indonesian citizens allowed, no dual citizenships), and (6)other information that could conceivably clear up any questions about his (Constitutional) eligibility to be President."

Why did his paternal grandmother and a Kenyan Official say he was born in Mombassa, several times? Why was there no record of his birth at both Honolulu Hospitals before they were sealed by armed guards? A lot of whys with only one good answer---criminal behavior.
It seems that he was born a British subject, then an Indonesian, and still an Indonesian with no record of taking the Citizenship Oath of the US as required at 18. Either way he lacks Constitutional Eligibility and appears to be a fraud, and illegal alien. The great 1/8th black hope is a fraud of historically the most massive proportions. The USA has no legal CINC or POTUS!!!!!

Sorry, I, and millions of other Americans, just can't "get over" the Constitution that made this country, and the eligibility requirements for POTUS. "Obama" has never proved his eligibility, and seals records that would show if he is eligible. Right now, everything he does is subject to being unConstitutional. His position as CINC has been questioned by many and one actually won his case that "Obama" must prove his eligibility to give orders.
No matter how much we want him as POTUS, he can not legally run or serve unless he meets the Constitutional requirements. It is the greatest law of our land and not subject to being broken without consequences. The blocking of records needed to show eligibility or not is proof unto itself that something contrary is being hidden and that fraud is being perpetrated on all the American people. It will never be "gotten over", and the facts are now part of history and the ongoing lawsuits and investigations.
I don't like being frauded, or having our Constitution violated. This is what Barry Soetoro has done.

Barry Soetoro(no record of name change back to Obama after adoption ) has repeatedly refused to spend $20 for a certified copy of his actual long form birth certificate and have it released to the general public(his paternal grandmother is on record with a Kenyan Official that he was born in Mombassa). He has refused to release his college records(where he used Indonesian citizenship), passport records(where he used Indonesian citizenship), adoption records(showing name change and Indonesian citizenship), and any information that could conceivable clear up an questions about his eligibility to be President. This stinks to high heaven of fraud, and asking for these documents is not something to be ashamed of, because proving eligibility is Constitutional and right.
I voted for Gore in 2000, and he is a proven "natural born citizen" according to the US Constitutional requirements for POTUS.
If by chance, it is true that Obama was born in Hawaii(remember, before the records were sealed at the two Honolulu Hospitals claimed, there was no record of his birth there), his Indonesian citizenship still takes away eligibility(remember he used an Indonesian citizenship passport to travel to Pakistan in 1981). It amazes me how blaze' about this fraud so many people are.
I want an "environmental" President as much as anyone, but the US Constitution MUST be upheld because it is the very foundation of our country. The only legal black man running was Alan Keyes. I suppose Gore lacked the charisma, but at least he was legal. I wish he would have run, he has experience, credentials, and served a full tour in RVN. I think he had charisma and humor in his movie "An Inconvenient Truth".

This birth certificate stuff is nonsense. It is the stuff of the black helicopter, John Birch crowd. Think about it for a minute: doesn't it seem highly unlikely that one of our two major political parties wouldn't fully vet its canidate for POTUS? They would be insane to not make sure a canidate was fully vetted. Furthermore, if there was any truth to this, wouldn't have Hillary Clinton have used it against Obama in the primaries, and John McCain used it against him in the general election? There are so many legitimate issues to go after this POTUS on. There is the 1 trillion + deficit he's racked up in only six months, the high unemployment, his ever-increasing expansion of government, his government-run health care plans, his partial nationalizing of banks and car companies, and of course, his cap and trade scam that will cost working Americans yet more of our hard-earned money. All of these are legitimate issues to challenge the President on. With so many targets, there is no need to chase after moonbat conspiracy theories and dubious claims about his eligibility.

Even with over 20 million Americans and millions of foreigners knowing about the six questions above, the powers that be are so arrogant they think they can get away with the charade, and the continued efforts to socialize and rob the USA, and continue with the SPP/NAU/NWO agenda.
MORE THAN 2.3 million has been spent on just quashing the numerous eligibility lawsuits.

Why was over a Billion dollars spent for a $400K/year job? The people behind it do not care about global pollution, to say the least. A bunch of mafia style thugs and billions of dollars......
It isn't just the caving to the lawsuit by the serviceman that proves ineligibility, it is also proved by his own admission that he did not use an American Passport for his 1981 Pakistan trip.Even with all the records sealed, these two stand out as showing non-eligibility. We have no legal POTUS or CinC. The trillions he is trying to spend us more in debt are an act of trying to crash our economy to third world status, where a police state and socialism/communism can get a grip.
