Sometimes I am not particular with what I indulge every morning, though I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Lately, I realized that it is important to care about what we eat most specially in breakfast. The healthiest breakfast I had is when I have with me milk in front of me and then fruits as well and brown rice, egg, fish and steamed vegetable. What about you?

Wow. That's a lot of breakfast! I'd say a banana smoothie with strawberries and blueberries.

Yeah, sounds a lot. Well, I need it help me energize during the day. There are times that I feel not comfortable if my 1st meal is not complete so it is very important to me to have them.

A cup of scrambled eggs (about 2 eggs-worth, yolks and all), a cup of grits, 2 and a half cups of hash browns, and a quart of orange juice.

This morning I had 2 lemon pepper and rosemary chicken thigh filets, grilled, and a tomato.
