| Post subject: | How do you cope up with stress? |
There are so many reason why people experience stress and I think almost everyday people encounter stress in so many ways, like when you go outside and you see a lot of trash or even you see smoke coming from trucks or cars then you get stress already. In my case one way to cope with my stress is just to listen to music or make myself busy in other things like reading a bible or a book. How about you? |

Now isn't that a constructive statement....  Post as much as you want, Green. This is a slow site and there's no guarantee you won't be critisized but the more the merrier, I say.  Oh, by the way: to reduce stress I drink myself into a coma-like state. |
