The biggest, most significant thing I do is nothing--literally nothing at all. I do it for as long as I can whenever possible. No going out and buying crap, eating as little as possible, burning as little gas as possible (I fill up about once a month as it is), and when necessary, arguing in defense of nothing when someone else requires that I do something.
