Beans on toast or a Banana sandwich. Maybes today I will have nothing. Abstinence can be the void the soul seeks for progress, without the bombardment of food that satisfies it to the contentment it no longer wishes to attain to a higher plane or seek new pastures.

I get that same effect with half a pizza, Mothy.

Tostitos artisan garlic and black bean or something...with fritos black bean dip.

For those who haven't tried them, Mickey D's fish sammiches are actually pretty good. You can even pick one up in double form at some locations during Lent. Don't get me wrong. The fish sammiches don't hold a candle to their burgers. I don't know how you pull that one off Wayne.

Picking up milk, eggs, and bread on the way home. Will probably nab some dinner too but have no idea what it will be. Hamburger Helper is sounding pretty nice though.

Been doing some solid breakfasts every morning since school started. Always have some eggs of some sort, some toast, fruit preserves, and even cereal thrown in. Been missing a meat. Indeed, I'll pick up some bacon too.

Last night, Thursday, was roasted chicken, broccoli and herbed brown rice and quinoa (not sure i I spelled that right...)
Very tasty. I washed it down with a Michelob Ultra.
