The main reason to allow diverse discussion is to learn. Everyone can learn something from someone else .... even if it is how not to do something.

For example, I credit a lot of my management success to one set of my old bosses who showed me everything NOT to do in dealing with people and clients. For I time I would think about what they would do and do the opposite .... and it worked well.

The secondary reason is Josh would not have any posters here because we are all subject to logical failures at times. Few of us have certificates showing we are sane and I question those who do have such a certificate.
