If you made a typo and asked if I was kidding, no, I am not...a user fee is just a tax when its from an entity, a utility, that has no competition. If you meant to say skidding, well, I do not want to discuss your personal hygiene problems. If you were saying (s)kidding, to make pun of me....ha. |

Wow Mothy, you need to take a chill pill. BTW, you can indeed enjoy the simple things in life such as relieving yourself. But if you don't want to do it in the woods, you do indeed have to pay a tax on it if you expect someone to clean it up. I guess you didn't follow the concept that user fees are taxes when there is no competition between providers of said service. Oh well, I give up. |
