School Holds Politically Correct Prom

In the past, the prom court was selected by a student vote. But Hylwa said she wanted to keep drama out of the prom and stop bullying. Instead, students who attended prom were invited to put their names in a box and the court was selected randomly.

Sounds like an improvement for the legistlative and executive branches of federal government.

Anyone who wants the job should not have it ...... but then in the case of a jury we are tried by 12 people who are probably too slow to get out of serving on the jury.

I dare say those who run for office don't have the smarts to realize that they shouldn't. There is certainly (usually) an above average intelligence, an ability to speak coherently in fromt of folks (again usually), and money, but not enough sense to know what to really do with it all.

We have a great populace. It's just not good enough to where I personally would want to represent it.
