Has the FMB board gone belly-up?

You mean it didn't a long time ago?

Well, it could be fun every once in a while.
Gonna miss all the cheery exchanges we had over the years...

No, I thought it had gone belly up a long time ago. Some of the folks, such as Grace, were interesting.

Yes, Grace could debate with the best. I still think, given just a bit more time, she would have passed you in the post-count. Jeez, you're nearly to 20000 now!

Had it been up to me, she would have had the chance, along with some of the others, but that is water under the bridge. I think that Iowanic fellow that posted there was the worst. Did you know him?

The post count just shows how fast I can type ...

I think I was better than half that when I dropped from TES too. Moderation again. It is hard to get enough without getting too much and nothing is worse than a biased slant in the moderation.

Nice to see I wasn't forgotten. O:) According to the grapevine, Frankie had to shut it down (as Chef Ramsey would say) due to old server/security issues. If he choses to upgrade and get involved again, time will only tell.

Pretty much. I know the person hosting the site. The board software was long out of date (and thus the security problem), and Frankie just wasn't interested enough anymore to go through the process. The owner of the server couldn't afford to have that kind of vulnerability, so it's offline. Probably for good.
