Hey guys,

I just learned about this solar cooking technology, which you can cook food using solar cookers.

What's your opinion on this? Good or bad?

Please share your opinions.

Thanks!

It is normal to first introduce yourself in the top section. I bought two Global Sun Ovens for $170 each.
We have used them when temps are 40*F or above, for 15 years. Whole chicken is moist, zucchini bread is fantastic.
We've done cakes and casseroles, too. Great for baking yams and squash, or potatoes. Fish get done quick.
I have had to sand, prime and respray in flat black several times. Keep everything cleaned up and tight, a little lube on the hinges
of the reflectors. Of course, others have come out with decently priced ones and others try to price gouge them.
The kit ones are not anywhere near as good.

after over 5 weeks, I guess Jason is a one post wonder.....too bad not enough people come here :-s

Solar cooking system is better for daily use. But there is some limitations for solar cooking, sun is not available anywhere 24 hours a day. So think twice.
