The last year or so got to be interesting, diet-wise. My blood sugar got a bit out of hand and I had to lose some weigh.
60 pounds in 6 months, folks. No one was more surprised then me!

OMG, I still have a chest shot Ori sent me years ago. I have nto been able to bring myself to delete it. Nothing lewd, just a LOT of cleavage on display. I believe she went on to feed thousands of starving children in Africa .... by herself. |

Congratulations!!! My Dr. wants me to eat better and lose some weight, which I have but recently it is creeping back up. I tend to forget to eat a meal too often which seems to make my body wary of whether I can eat so it holds onto the fat...lol |

Salad made with hearts of romaine, cherry tomatoes, cut up bell pepper chunks, and some very good "protein crumbles" the wife made using tofu and mushrooms. I call them crumbles because they started out as patties that would disintegrate if you looked at them. Topped it off with some of that Cindy's Kitchen dressing, rosemary and cilantro or something to that effect, very good stuff. Downed a 35g protein shake after that for good measure.. And no, I haven't gone vegan or vegetarian.
