Today's lunch is fairly simple. Homemade stirfry (broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, greenbeans, onion.. lots and lots of onion, red, yellow, and green bell peppers, bamboo shoots.. I love bamboo shoots, a bit of soy sauce, some rice vinegar, and some sesame oil) and a toffuti cutie for dessert (mint chocolate chip).

Your A and B shifts work differently than they did at the SO. A shift was 7am - 5pm and B shift was 2pm - 12am.

Our shifts are 24 hours. 3 shifts (A .B and C). On 24,off 48
