Nuh-uh.. you snack on the baked goods and then go running on the trail. :D Or take the stairs up and down instead of the elevator.

Yeah, but I'm doing that anyway. The baked goods would only slow me down....not that I've cut them out of my diet as it is anyway. :?

Homemade whipped cream is almost as good as baked goods, almost but not quite. :D
