Milk is good for you, but Red is vegetarian! There are other sources of vitamins and minerals out there, not just milk. :)

Hrm.. I drank a ton of milk growing up, and I never broke a bone.. broke my nose though. 'Course the not breaking bones wasn't from a lack of doing stupid stuff, I like to think I have a fluffy guardian angel. :D

So? You don't have to eat the cow to get the milk.

No you don't have to eat the cow to get milk. There are vegetarians that don't do dairy, nothing wrong with that.

Nah.. it was my fluffy guardian angel. :D According to my Nana we never drank milk but rather colored water since we drank 2% and from teen years on 1%.

Hrm.. well then I guess you can't say milk helped me keep my bones whole. :D

My in-laws try to get the kids to drink whole milk.. the kids don't like it though, I can't say that I blame them there. :D

Ick. I'd rather drink Coors or Budweiser than whole milk. Bleh.

Hey! Banana's are good! That is my usual breakfast unless they start getting old then I switch to oranges until I can get to the store and get some nice greenish ones.

I can't stand the taste of bananas. :x I just can't say no to little old ladies though.

When bananas get old you're supposed to make banana nut bread!

I can't stand oranges either. I like orane juice (no pulp) but I oranges themselves are icky.

Oat-freaking-meal again .... Dr. said I needed to start eating breakfast and eating lunch on time (and everyday) after 40-some years of not eating regularly and to drop my cholesterol level about 30 points so I am "killing two birds with one stone" so to speak.
