It's been rainy, cloudy, gloomy, and grey with lots of thunder and lightning here the last week. It's supposed to clear up today and get into the 90's by the end of the week.

I kind of like the weather we've been having.. it's a nice change of pace from constantly sunny and warm! And we needed the rain... although some of the streets could've done without it.

Hotter than hell and humid. It could always be worse here, though. Why don't y'all send some rain this way.

Just got a page from NWS. They are tracking two dangerous storms within our immediate vicinity, one possibly strengthening to produce tornadic activity. They ahve already issyed STSW for the storm North of us.

Looks like business is about to pick up.

Glad it's your neck of the woods and not mine! I keep hearing about tornados here but haven't seen any. Probably a good thing though because I'd probably be awestruck enough to stand outside and watch it. :D

I live in the heart of tornado alley, and I've never seen one either. I been mighty close to them without even knowing it at the time, and I've seen a lot of destruction from them, but I have yet to lay eyes on a real tornado. If I do, you can bet I will be out there to enjoy every second of it that I can.

*chuckle* If you start seeing little people in striped tights and red shoes sticking out from under your house you know you've been in a tornado! :D

Heh, if I see that I'll know I've been into more than just a tornado.
