A miniature rat terrier, we got her as a present for our other dog, which is a full size "rat terrier" (not that much different in size really just longer legs) since he seemed a bit lonely. They are both spoiled and she is afraid of everything from thunder to bugs flying around her butt to invisible things only she can see or hear ...

Her name is "Lucky" because she was lucky we were the ones answering the ad. More of a puppy mill than anything and the papers were not correct for the breed, but once I saw her she was going home with us. She rode the two hours home snuggled in a towel on my wife's lap and she still has to be on someone's lap to be happy. Jack on the other hand is not as clingy but still lucky as he was a rescued dumpster dog. Paid as much to adopt him as a registered dog would have cost, but he is almost worth it.
