If the child breaks it then fine the parents.
That'd be easy to do I suppose.. but how would it keep the kid from continuing to break curfew and such?
Well it worked in the UK in many areas. In many cases it is the parents that are at fault, IMO. If the parent is not doing their job then I am sure it will sink in when it start to come out of their pocket.
Its not a cure but it does work in many cases. We have also have news report of a sound system to stop youngsters hanging around on street corners. 21 and under you hear a higher frequency sound than older. It something to do with your ears degrading with age. I am not quiet sure.
Anyway these are places on the outside of buildings and all they hear is a loud pitched noise.
Seems to have worked but I am not sure what it does for pets.
