No, they're not, but they can run like the wind.

Yeah they're fast critters. The one that the dogs almost got this morning was neither bright nor too fast! :D

My dog caught one once, and he's got a bum leg. The rabbit wasn't that slow, my dog was just that fast. 8)

If I hadn't run interference my dogs would've caught this one. I didn't feel like dealing with the drama! :D

Hunt sab! I'm sure they didn't appreciate that.

Probably not.. but I didn't feel like dealing with picking up a dead rabbit after work or the drama of the young'ns finding a dead rabbit in the backyard.

Ah, I see. I guess that never bothered me as a kid. Dead pets were rough when I was attached to them, but I knew it was only natural for the wild ones to die, especially since I hunted them myself.

My family (with the exception of dad) was raised with a Disney like concept of critters. I'm pretty sure my little girl will turn ARA when she gets older.

You've obviously never heard the story about the time she rescued a rat from the dogs' water dish... or when she "found" a kitten.. or when she rescued the cockroach.. or when we had to have a burial for the fly I killed.. or how she got a few people not to eat shrimp because she felt sorry for the shrimp.. etc. :D I think she's beyond your skills.

Maybe, but it's still worth a shot. There's hope for just about any of them.

Nah.. I want her to make up her own mind about things, even if she does turn ARA. :) Just means I'll have someone to share tofu with!
