Congrats on the goats. My youngest daughter loves goat milk and really wants a couple goats when we find a farm. We had the pleasure of caring for a farmette while our friends were on vacation. They have a laying flock of 120 hens, 2 pigs they are fattening, a mated pair of Embden geese that have managed to evade the coyotes, and a small herd of goats (4 does & their spring kids). Their goat pasture will need to be reseeded in spring because the goats won't eat the foxtail grass and it has overtake their pasture. It seems they'll eat everything but the foxtail.
