Well, some believe(Based on scrict views in the bible) that the earth is only, well, a bit over 6000 years old.

It depends a bit on which sect you look into; I've seen some that claim the earth might be as much as 20000 years old. The logic of such beliefs can be interesting to decyper.

Please tell that no one here actually believes this idiocy that the earth is 6000 years old. It's 4.54 BILLION folks. 4.54 billion as determined by radiometric dating of meteorite material.
