I hear tell the fellow in question did, in fact, have a sub-par season, for him. His diet may not be the cause, of course. Baseball is a quirky game. |

The update to this season: Fielder is having a very good year so far. I don't know if it's the diet but he's cutting loose on the baseball in a impressive fashion. |

Codswallop. Since giving up meat I put on two stones and am considerably stronger than your average meat eater and twice as fast. Throw that ball matey... and here comes the crunch.... I look ten years younger than my age. No bull. Considering the body takes alot more effort to digest meat I guess it makes sense eating a vegetable based diet the machine will last longer. Just my sixpenny worth. |

Don't forget Carl Lewis a vegan. If you need to justify eating meat maybes you are feeling a bit guilty! |

I understand Fielder signed a 5 year contract worth 125 million. Staggering.... |

Fielder is off to detroit..... At least he's out of the national league. He used to beat on cubs pitching something awful! |
