Anyone else give the moon a wink?

I was just thinking though someday there will be nobody alive who walked on the moon.

What is even more sad is there are still people alive who believe he never went to the moon.

There was Disc and Sci channel special on him. I watched it all on TV when he was on the moon. Lucky enough to be off flying Czeck border patrol that day. The hangar at Feucht Army Airfield had a large office on the side where many of us crowded around the TV set. My wife was in a school that did not allow it to disrupt classes, I guess, so didn't see it. So I was lucky with a billion or so others to see it. The thing not mentioned in the special is that he went on the Bob Hope Christmas tour in South Viet Nam. I was one of the lucky 6 out of 240 men in the 45th Dustoff who was at the right place at the right time to go watch his Long Bihn show and see Neil Armstrong close up. He was a young looking guy even though a year older than my mother. Very amusing and full of smiles for us. I felt that it was a great honor to see him, and Bob Hope, too. It was a great show.
I had known of him from following the X-15 tests, and building the model, when I was a kid. As a pilot, he was a role model to me. Very steady under pressure of malfunctions and other dangers. He wanted to just be a nerdy engineer, but we knew better. He was a man of utmost courage and piloting skill.
