Go into the user control panel......go into profile.......turn "on" summer time/ daylight savings time (second to the last item listed).

Thanks for taking the answer Animallover!

I found a way to change this for all users, but I'm wondering if that is a good idea. Not everyone observes Daylight Savings Time. More people do than don't, though... you'd think the software would be smart enough to figure it out.
