Have you ever given an animal a better life?

Yes, I have given many animals a better life. We currently have two rescued cats and two rescued dogs in our home. We have rescued several other animals over the years.

When I lived at home on the farm I rescued a stray dog, which was not common for good reason. The dog rewarded me by killing some of our chickens. Because it was my choice to allow the dog to stay it was also my responsibility to correct the situation. The dog went to the afterlife, which if not better was as painless as I could make it.

I enforced the right of my chickens to only die to feed me and my family.
