Do you think global warming could have an adverse affect on a person's sense of humor?

It could, but that has not been supported by any evidence.
But a lack of evidence didn't stop old Al from trying to connect the Myanmar cyclone to global warming, did it.
Actually, there is evidence showing the increase in water temperature increases the strength of such storms.

And it didn't some from saying global warming may have an adverse affect on the Green Bay Packers.
Many people want to know the "what-if's" and expect science to tell them exactly what is going to happen. How is that a problem for anyone other than those who seem to want to discount the science?

As Wisconsinites gear up for next season, Wisconsin Environment today highlighted how global warming could affect the future success of the Packers. Specifically, the group pointed to the threat of rising winter temperatures lessening the cold weather that has historically given the Packers an edge over warm weather rivals.
And of course who needs evidence to claim global warming is to blame for swarms of cats and kittens, an invasion so to speak.

Droves of cats and kittens are swarming into animal shelters nationwide, and global warming is to blame, according to one pet adoption group.
After reading those, how can a person not laugh. Unless of course they are being affected by global waming, and it has taken from them, their sense of humor.
Unless you read the whole article. This paragraph explains the connection fairly well, and I would hope even for you.

The cause of this feline flood is an extended cat breeding season thanks to the world’s warming temperatures, according to the group, which is one of the country’s oldest and largest animal welfare organizations.

But I acutally think there is evidence that global warming supporters may loose their sense of humor when talking about global warming. And I use Al Gore as my evidence. At least I can't remember any jokes Al has cracked about global warming.
Given the number of fabrications by the conservative talking heads relating to him, I can see where he would not have much of a sense of humor. Anything he says is misquoted enough to try to make it sound like it was originally truthful.

Global Warming Simultaneously Baking, Freezing Europe.

Europe is simultaneously baking and freezing, and will continue to do so as a result of global warming, alarmists asserted in global media reports in November 2005. The two theories upon which the claims were made were promptly debunked by climate scientists.
I can tell you have not lost your sense of humor either. An editorial written by an attorney on climate change ... to debunk the change.
