So if you've read the announcements, you will see that I've "upgraded" the forum to fix a lot of bugs that had been reported, etc. In the process, we purposely lost some of the features we used to have around here. Use this thread to let me know which features that we've lost you'd like to see back again.

I'll start... I miss the spellchecker.

Ditto on the spellchecker ...it caught my typos fairly well.

Ok, the spellchecker is back... it is a new service and I hope that I can get rid of the ads within 24-48 hours. I tested it and confirmed that it is working. It's kind of nice, actually... you can submit right from the spellchecker.

I just sent you one, follow the instructions in the message and let's see if they work or not. I think they will.

Perhaps different groups.

The term Animal Concerns is a very wide subject. Perhaps have Vegan board, Animal Rights board, Animal Preservation board. The amount of posts on the Animal Concerns board are many. Sometime perhaps this can be separated into different, more specific groups.

I like having it all in one place like it is, but that's just me.

And what the heck was that? I forget... Then again, I suppose I should ask the old format in what year? We've been providing this forum in one form or another since '94 (that's 1894 for you youngsters!).

I suppose it was the mid 90's...yellowish gold brownish background...when one clicked to read new messages it took them RIGHT to where the new messages started so they didn't have to hunt through threads to find new posts by their dates and times.....

whew!
