Vegan is sometimes seen as feeble but this is a product of a feeble mind.

Yes, if you believe some of these vegan-bashers you'd think we were all too tired to get out of bed, or that we're keeling over in the street!
This website explodes that myth.

Patrik Baboumian recently became European powerlifting champion.

Yep, and Phelps became a swimming champion consuming a non-vegetarian 12,000 calories a day. Your point?

The point is to show conclusively to vegan bashers like you that you don't need to eat meat to be fit and strong.

As for Phelps, like Carl Lewis, he was born with a gift. He'd still be a champion if he was vegetarian or vegan.

One needn't be vegan either, apparently. Are you a meat basher?

Patrik Baboumian wouldn't?

I dare say he would, but that isn't the point. The point is that you don't need to eat meat (and be party to all the cruelty and killing that entails) to be ft, strong and healthy.

Brown rice and beans for example make a complete protein meal, as do wholemeal bread and beans. And Quinoa, also for example, provides a better quality protein than red meat...

And it's healthier too. The negative health impacts of red meat and dairy are well documented.
