You have never been married have you? There is a reason women's pocketbooks are larger on the inside than the outside. Also, I can pack for a trip in one small bag while my wife packs two larger suitcases with clothes and has one the same size as mine with cosmetics and stuff. The issue is why ANY of them had luggage on a tour. An island ferry maybe, but a tour boat? No.

Being a desert island would have made it less likely for survival since they would have to make their own drinking water ... but then again it is TV.

Yes, the fascinating Horta; "No Kill I", then Dr. McCoy's famous words, "By God Jim, I think I can cure a rainy day!" (after mortar patch repair of the injured Horta).

I occasionally watched Gilligan's Island stupidity, and visited the set on my first Universal Studios Tour. Got to meet the Skipper and Mary Ann while they were on lunch break, plus a few stars of other shows wandering around.

Back to hunting. I would enjoy hunting with shoot to kill authority, poachers and illegal invaders along with treasonous Americans, for bounty, of course, at least to pay expenses. 8)

Yes, still eating discarded food and feeding it to seagulls and others; got myself Wildlife Rehabilitators License; moving to a new place; house with a big yard; straight ocean line to Europe; beach; creek and marshes; full of all kind of birds small and huge; swans, herons, crows, seagulls, ducks, geese, Russians and on and on and on; shooting a lot of videos of birds in this new location; absolutely thrilled to be leaving behind pigeon hating vermin and their precioussss screeching larvae; skeptical about effectiveness of veganism; highly influenced by John Gray's book Straw Dogs.

Maybe. In some fashion. Or maybe not. Chiming in from time to time, but except for some of the discussion in environment and climate change, mostly amazed and mystified as one would be drawn to a house fire or car crash. Guilty.

Hiya, Ante!

I always thought this was a thread worth keeping alive. At least, it prompted discussion, if only for a time.

Russians?? Here?? Our old enemies? Are they spies? What are they doing at your place?

Birds would make compost out of them, good for our depleted soils.
